Shipping: Approximately 2 weeks

Each handcrafted item is carefully created, and during busy periods or high demand, additional time may be required. We assure you, it's worth the wait.
Please note, customized sculpture orders cannot be refunded beyond 24 hours from the order time. Due to the personalized nature and significant effort involved, these unique items cannot be resold. Requesting refunds after production begins deeply affects our artisans' efforts and livelihoods. Thank you sincerely for supporting their dedicated work.

Shipping Information:
We offer worldwide shipping using trusted carriers, including Yun Express, CNE, USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your location and available inventory. Express shipping to PO boxes is unavailable, and standard shipping may not reach certain remote areas—in these cases, alternative services will be used.
Occasional delays may occur due to holidays, COVID-19, or natural disasters. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.
